F-1前最好有DI-水洗
F-1纳米转化涂层转化膜处理(≥20 秒)
F-1后最好有DI-水洗
可选: F-1后干燥
粉末涂料，油漆，CED/AED
转化涂层工艺:

配槽和控制:
配槽：去离子水 +F-I 纳米转化涂层
调整 pH-值在 3.8-4.5之间
生产：
控制 pH-值(3.8-5.5)
添加 F-I 纳米转化涂层
检测 Zr-浓度
槽液寿命：没有限制(不限制换槽时间)
其他注意点：检测水洗水(电导率)
工艺-用Shinechem Au-100系统自动控制
